Steve Goldenberg, Investor Relations/Fiduciary, joined DigitalDX after careers in the corporate world and investments world and an investor in early stage companies.
Most recently he was an Executive Director of Investments for Oppenheimer & Co and previously Smith Barney. He has managed in excess of 1B of corporate cash and 500M in private wealth and retirement plans. There he assisted private and public companies as well as individuals with their investments, acting as a Registered Investment Advisor for corporations with the investment of their excess liquidity and as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) for corporate ERISA plans.
As a private investor, he has as an angel invested in several companies including Etalon Diagnostics, H2Optics, and ThinOptics. As part of IVF (Individuals Venture Fund) he was an investor in Omnicell (OMCL), Netlogic Microsystems (acquired by Broadcom), Tut Systems (TUTS, acquired by Motorola), and Salesforce (CRM).
In his early career was in corporate Treasury where he ultimately was responsible for all items including corporate investments, risk assessment, insurance programs and investor relations. In these rolls he has been involved with corporate IPO’s and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Steve obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the Notre Dame de Namur University and holds a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from Menlo College.
Steve serves on the non-profit board of the Asian Community Cultural Center (AC3). He’s also active at the Menlo Charity Horse Show where he was Chief Financial Officer and co-chair for 15 years. He is a First Aid Instructor and Patroller at Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows ski area. He previously was on the Board of Directors of Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired as well as the National Center for Equine Facilitated Development.
