Alexander Behrens is a senior at Tulane University majoring in political economy. He spent his college career learning various interdisciplinary skills both in college and through a series of internships across various domains such as fintech, healthcare, and education. Most recently, Alexander worked at Cuvee Systems, a small lighting startup attempting to revolutionize the dimming process. At Hedera Hashgraph, Alexander helped launch its consumer facing brand and coordinated with investors during the company's $150mm SAFT sale. Alexander was a CNIX/CNRX mentor for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford Medicine and served on the department's neuroethics committee.
Currently, he is working on multiple fintech projects and is exploring human centered design principles in software. Alexander is passionate about future technologies and their externalities, for the healthcare industry and beyond.
