As a scientist and researcher, Ramin has deep insights into the world of health, biotechnology, and next-generation sequencing. Before his instrumental role at Clear Labs, Ramin spent ten years at the Department of Food Science & Technology at Shahid Beheshti Medical University, heading the Department for the last three of those ten years. Ramin also spent three years as a Senior Advisor to the Food and Drug Organization in Tehran, Iran. Ramin has more than 80 peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals.
Outside of work, Ramin, a Joduka with a third-degree black belt in judo, serves as a USA National Referee for the International Judo Federation. At his core, Ramin aspires to enhance the quality of life and health for people globally, crafting a lasting legacy.
After completing his DVM at Tabriz University, Ramin pursued a degree in Microbiology from Technological University Dublin, followed by a PhD in Microbiology at the University of Tehran. He has enhanced his business acumen with an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
