As the COO and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) at Clear Labs, a pioneering force in Genomic testing, Ramin champions a visionary approach, steering dynamic teams of passionate scientists and engineers toward a healthier future powered by genomics and advanced analytics. As a scientist and researcher, Ramin has deep insights into the world of health, biotechnology, and next-generation sequencing. He regularly presents research findings and advocates for improving clinical genomics and AI.
Before his instrumental role at Clear Labs, Ramin spent ten years at the Department of Food Science & Technology at Shahid Beheshti Medical University, heading the Department for the last three of those ten years. Ramin also spent three years as a Senior Advisor to the Food and Drug Organization in Tehran, Iran. Ramin has more than 80 peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals.
Outside of work, Ramin, a Joduka with a third-degree black belt in judo, serves as a USA National Referee for the International Judo Federation. At his core, Ramin aspires to enhance the quality of life and health for people globally, crafting a lasting legacy.
After completing his DVM at Tabriz University, Ramin pursued a degree in Microbiology from Technological University Dublin, followed by a PhD in Microbiology at the University of Tehran. He has enhanced his business acumen with an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
