Maureen A. Spivack is former Co-Head and Managing Director of Healthcare Corporate Finance at KPMG, former Managing Director of Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group at UBS and former Managing Director of the Healthcare Strategic Advisory Group at Merrill Lynch. Maureen has spent her 30-year career in Mergers & Acquisitions in the healthcare industry building and leading teams.
Currently, Maureen advises private equity firms in their evaluation of potential healthcare investments and guides companies as a board member and CEO advisor. She brings strategic thinking, deep operational experience, and corporate governance knowledge, as well as strong financial acumen developed over a career of adding stakeholder value to the boardroom. Her current board positions include Excelin Home Health, LLC, Austin Pain, LLC, and Community Health Accreditation Partner.
She earned her MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Health Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Nursing from the State University of New York at Albany.
