Girish Narayan, MD is a cardiologist with joint appointments at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Stanford University Hospital, and El Camino Hospital. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science at Columbia University, and his M.D. at Harvard Medical School. He was a National Semifinalist in the Westinghouse Science Talent Search Award, National Finalist in the US Army Science Symposium, won a Pulitzer Scholarship to Columbia University, the Tau Beta Pi Award from the National Engineering Honor Society, the Pupin Award for the Best All-Around Graduate at Columbia University, the Cabot Family Research Fellowship and Paul Dudley White Fellowship to the Harvard Medical School, the Best Clinical Fellow Award at the Stanford Division of Cardiology, and the 2nd Prize at the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. He has dozens of publications in the cardiology and MRI areas. He is an actively practicing cardiologist and electrocardiologist.
