Anjali Pathak, BDS

Anjali is born and based in India. She obtained her medical degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Manav Rachna Dental College affiliated to Pt. B.D Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. She swept her way into the corporate healthcare sector working for various big MNCs and honed her organisational, research, and public speaking skills, while developing healthcare consulting knowledge. She has worked for some incumbent UK and US clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare payers sector.
Her most recent role has been working at an early-stage, impact-driven, MedTech-focused VC based in Singapore. During her stay, she was helping the firm with investment and post-deal initiatives, which included though not limited to research, commercial Due Diligence activities on the prospective investments of the fund, supporting the deal flow, preliminary evaluation of opportunities, reach outs & networking with fellow VCs, CEOs as well as other potential professional experts of the sector, supporting strategic collaborations of the fund, helping to maintain post-deal relationships, and supporting any other ad-hoc & miscellaneous needs of the firm.
Currently, she is exploring opportunities in the VC & Startup ecosystem. She is focused on building experience, people, and companies, and believes talent can be developed but values are intrinsic. Her strengths are attention to detail, research, being organised, and constantly learning. She possesses a strong work ethic, integrity, act of responsibility, and believes in "Getting things done". She emphasises on kindness and compassion, and tries to be human. She loves animals and had been a mom of a German Shepherd-mix canine who was abandoned outside an animal shelter at 1-2 years of age with a maggot wound. She wants to help animals and the elderly populations, and thinks highly of Philanthropy.
