Austin Hwang began studying MS Analytics at Georgia Tech in Summer 2020. Currently, he is the Co-founder & COO at LearningPal, a B2B AI startup for document processing. He is also an Executive Board Member at the Oxford Entrepreneurs Network, fostering the Oxford entrepreneurship community in the US and UK. Previously, he was the Director of Corporate Strategy and Partnerships at an AutoML startup backed by 500 Startups and he helped the company to get accepted into top accelerator programs including Berkeley SkyDeck, Plug and Play Supply Chain, and Plug and Play Japan Insurtech. He also helped with fundraising and assisted in closing the $5M Series A.
Austin received his MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Oxford, BEng(Hons) Biochemical Engineering from University College London, and he studied 2 years at UC Berkeley-UCSF’s Joint Bioengineering PhD program.
