Chad Payne is an incoming MBA candidate at the Wharton School and Master of International Studies candidate at the Launder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, with a focus on French and Africa. Prior to business school, Chad was an Engagement Manager at Kearney Inc., based out of New York. At Kearney, Chad's project experiences focused on growth and organizational strategy for Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including healthcare with leading payers, laboratory equipment providers, retail pharmacies, and biotechnology companies.
Chad also completed his undergrad at the Wharton School, where he concentrated in Strategic Management, and Business Economics & Public Policy while competing as sprinter on the NCAA Div. I Track & Field Team and mentoring elementary school students in the West Philadelphia area.
As a lifelong athlete, Chad seeks an athletic challenge, completing the 2019 NY Marathon and learning to play golf and tennis during quarantine. Chad also enjoys discovering emerging artists, trying new restaurants, and proudly talking about his hometown, Vancouver, Canada.
