Changhao Wei, MBA

Changhao is currently an MBA student at Chicago Booth concentrating in Strategic Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship and Accounting. He is a med tech professional with experience in R&D, marketing, operation, regulation, quality, IT, legal, and finance. Changhao Wei has 6 years’ work experience at Medtronic Plc. In his role he leads efforts for enterprise data privacy strategy development and post market product support. His responsibilities include project management, product improvement, operation and regulation support. Prior to this, Changhao has roles in R&D, Marketing and Investor Relations functions.
In his part-time, Changhao had interned at G51 pitching deals and worked as entrepreneur at FedTech Startup Studio exploring commercialization potential of IPs from national labs. He served as investment adviser for 2 VC funds in China and 1 mutual fund in Chicago. He holds an M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Ohio State University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai University of Electric Power. He enjoys kayaking and snowboarding.
