Charlton is pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School and is interested in the intersection of sustainability, the circular economy and Venture Capital. He is currently an intern at Tribeca Early Stage Partners, as Series A Fintech Venture Capital Group, and the Co-President in the Microlumbia Impact Fund, a student-run impact investment fund at Columbia Business School. Prior to graduate school, Charlton worked at Capital One’s Commercial Bank where he informed senior management decision making. Prior to this role, Charlton worked at Prudential doing portfolio management for a $100 billion + fixed income portfolio supporting their retirement business.
Charlton holds a double major in Finance and Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Rutgers University. He is also a CFA charterholder. In his free time, he practices martial arts and enjoys boardgames, baking and wine.
