Minshan Chen, PhD

Minshan received her PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from Baylor College of Medicine. She is a scientist with a strong background in oncology, genetics, targeted cancer therapy, and regenerative medicine. She has 10 years of experience in life science research with 11 manuscripts published. She started pursuing her career in the industry and moved from bench to business side years ago. Currently, she holds the position of sales and business development manager at RevMAb Biosciences, where she oversees global sales, develops marketing strategies, conducts product launch, and in charge of alliance management, as well as client engagements. She is passionate about combining science and business to make an impact in the biotech industry as well as developing innovations in healthcare, digital health, and early diagnosis to make the world a better place.
She grew up in Taiwan and studied and worked in the United States. In her free time, she loves cooking, travel, badminton, and scuba diving.
