Paulina spent 7 years in Banking (State Street Bank, Euroclear Bank, Deutsche Bank) and Consulting (Chatham Financial, Capgemini) in Poland, Belgium, Switzerland, and the US. She used to run her own company for 3 years in the financial education area. She is particularly interested in FinTech and Future of Work concepts as well as Female Founders, Diversity, and Gender Equality in the VC and startup ecosystem.
