Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of a growing, dynamic project team in order to integrate multiple technologies and processes.
- Understand roadmap and vision of business and technical teams and assist in mapping project requests as appropriate.
- Understand and have experience working in Agile/Scrum or iterative development environments.
- 3Effectively lead communication and documentation of business and technical information in line with agreed processes and procedures.
- Act as trusted liaison and participate in defining solutions to solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems with long-term implications.
- Recommend competitive solutions to improve business decision-making with a focus on the core systems and integrations, technology strategies, and standards.
- Perform regular risk assessments and communicate results to project team.
- Work to remediate all issues and barriers to progress.

Job Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Cancer Genomics, Cell Biology, or related field
- Excellent understanding of cancer biology and pathways, oncogenesis and cancer
genomics, including current cancer diagnostic assays and their use - Strong track record in biomarker discovery using genomic and/or proteomic approaches
- Proven ability to work with and analyze complex genomic and clinical datasets, including
hands-on experience analyzing and mining public and private genomics data cohorts - Strong foundation in statistical analysis
- Experience with methodologies for analysis of cell-free nucleic acids highly desirable
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills, and oral and written communication skills
- Data-driven with an ability to adapt and think outside the box
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Experience working as a Technical Project Manager for more than 3+ years, preferably in healthcare software.
- Experience working in start-up environments is a must.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master and clear understanding of agile concepts and principles.
- Able to show real life, working knowledge of agile project development.
- Demonstrable experience working with healthcare platforms, including coordination of Information Security, problem, incident and release management, and facilitating product handover to the product team.
- Experience working on projects involving the deployment of public-facing digital applications.
- Solid understanding of data flow and movement, and coordination of point-to-point workflows.
- Experience holding technician/programmer/engineer-level roles within complex multi-platform environments.
- Show clear evidence of technical project management experience within a complex and changing/growing technology environment.

You will be both hands on in the product and responsible for all product execution, strategy, definition, and processes.
