Michael Tellini, BA

Michael is a junior at Dartmouth College majoring in Quantitative Social Science and minoring in Economics. He has worked at two startups, two venture funds, a digital ad agency, a hedge fund, and has also co-founded two of his own companies. In his previous role as an Investment Analyst at Palm Drive Capital, he sourced and diligenced Series A and Series B venture deals, primarily in the AI, fintech, and ecommerce verticals. Before Palm Drive, Michael co-founded Orchard Oaks, an ecommerce clothing company. Prior to Orchard Oaks, Michael interned with Bungalow, a venture-backed co-living startup located at the Atomic incubator in San Francisco, and learned the ropes of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads at Sum Digital, a B2C ecommerce digital marketing agency. Currently, Michael is an investment associate intern at Sutton Capital, where he is helping mentor an incoming analyst class.
At Dartmouth, Michael is the president of his fraternity, regularly involved with the Dartmouth Entrepreneurship Network, and a former member of the varsity sailing team. He is currently writing a thesis on the relative geographic effects of public company performance on venture ecosystems. He enjoys surfing, sailing, and basketball in his free time.
